"I went with my kids and it…"
I went with my kids and it was just okay. They enjoyed a few parts, but there were a lot of quiet rooms and not much that really kept younger kids engaged. After a while it kind of felt like we were trapped trying to move through it without much for them to do, so the visit felt longer than expected.

"Easy Online Renewal"
I renewed my membership online and the whole thing was painless. The form was straightforward, and I liked that the payment screen clearly showed the renewal amount before I submitted it. It only took about a minute to finish. The confirmation email took a little longer than I expected to come through, but everything worked fine in the end.

"Booking Was Easy, But Getting In Took Time"
Booking was straightforward and I didn’t have any issues with that part, but the entry line still took longer than I expected. To me, it felt like the process at the door could have been a bit more organized.

"I used moma to plan my visit…"
I used moma to plan my visit and overall it was straightforward. Compared with some museum websites I’ve used, the directions and floor info were actually helpful and easy enough to follow. That said, a few pages or signs felt a little tucked away at first, so I had to click around more than I expected. It wasn’t perfect, but I did end up finding what I needed.

"MoMA felt really easy to navigate"
I checked the accessibility info on moma before my visit, and for me, it made a big difference. The details about elevators, seating, and entry were simple to find, so I felt more prepared going in. The staff were also really kind, which helped the whole day feel a lot less stressful.

"Did the MoMA guided tour and it made..."
Did the MoMA guided tour and it made the whole visit better.
Our guide was friendly, clear, and kept it simple without making it feel dull or too artsy. Loved the little backstories I’d definitely have missed alone.

Group size was fine, and we still had time to wander after. Would happily do it again.

"Nice galleries, bathroom situation was annoying"
The galleries were actually clean and nice to walk through, so no complaints there. The bathrooms, though, were super busy and kind of a pain in the butt to deal with. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying when you’re trying to enjoy the place.

"Easy Site to Use for Planning a MoMA Visit"
I used moma.org to look up exhibits and buy tickets, it was a smooth experience. The pages loaded quickly, the menu was easy to figure out, and it worked well on my phone too. Checkout was straightforward with no annoying popups or random confusing steps. I also appreciated that the museum hours and location details were easy to find. Overall, I’d say it made planning my visit way easier than I expected.

"Nice visit, even if it was a bit confusing"
I had a really good visit to MoMA overall. I did get confused about the tickets and where I was supposed to start, and it was crowded, really crowded, which made it even more confusing. But the staff were great about it. I asked a couple of questions and two different staff members were super nice and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing where to go. One even pointed me toward a quieter route, which helped a lot because the crowds were a bit much. Everyone I talked to was friendly and patient, and that really makes a difference when a place is busy and you’re already a little lost. The ticket situation could be clearer, and the crowds were definitely a lot, but I’d still happily go back.

"MoMA membership feels worth it for me"
I ended up getting a MoMA membership it feels worth it for what I wanted. I like being able to pop in when it fits my schedule without feeling like I have to make a whole big day out of it. The perks are nice too, and they make me feel like I’m getting a little extra value out of something I already enjoy.

"I ended up spending way more time…"
I ended up spending way more time on MoMA’s collection than I expected. There are tons of classic pieces, plus a few artists and works I hadn’t come across before, which made it fun to browse around. I’m usually a little careful about where I spend my time online, especially if I’m hoping to actually learn something and not just skim images, so I did notice that a few pages felt a bit light on background information. Nothing major, but more detail would’ve made it feel more complete. Overall though, it’s definitely worth checking out

"Pretty smooth overall"
Bag check was quick, and the staff were respectful, which I appreciated. Getting in took a little longer than expected, but reading between the lines, it seemed like they were just trying to keep things organized and moving safely. Overall, not a bad experience.

"Audio guide definitely made MoMA easier to enjoy"
I tried the audio guide on moma.org while walking around MoMA, i’m glad I did. It loaded easily on my phone, the sound was clear for the most part, and I didn’t have to mess around with it much, which is always a plus when you’re already trying to take everything in.

The explanations were quick and actually helpful without feeling like a lecture. A couple of the tracks seemed a little low in volume, but overall it made the visit more interesting and easier to follow. I’d definitely recommend using it if you’re going.

"So the print showed up bent…"
So the print showed up bent, which was annoying because come on, it’s a print… keeping it flat is kind of the whole deal. But to be fair, the refund came through quickly, and support was actually nice about it. No endless back-and-forth, no weird hassle, which I definitely appreciated. Still wish it hadn’t arrived damaged in the first place, but at least they handled it well.

"Login issue got sorted fast"
I had a bit of trouble logging in at first, which was frustrating, but the reset link worked without any hassle. Support got back to me quickly too, and I was back in my account the same day. Overall, it ended up being a small issue and was handled well.

I’m annoyed I wasted time looking anywhere else. They had a great selection, and I found gifts way easier than expected. Could’ve saved myself a lot of frustration if I’d just come here first

"Expected a Smoother Visit for the Price"
I went to MoMA last week and, i was expecting a bit more. There were definitely some amazing pieces worth seeing, but the way everything was curated felt kind of random to me. The flow between exhibits was confusing, and the labels didn’t really add much or help me make sense of it all. For the ticket price and MoMA’s reputation, I thought the experience would feel more thoughtful and easier to follow.
